Picky Labs advertises and sells original digital art creations by Picky Labs only. These creations are in the form of Fonts (Font Software), Digital Graphics or Illustrations and other digital tools used in the Graphic Design trade.
All products and services sold on Picky Labs remain the property of Picky Labs and are subject to the Standard License, or in some cases an extended version of the EULA for a specific Product and or Service, which is made available on the Product or Service page.
Preview illustrations do not form part of the product or service You are purchasing, unless explicitly marked as such and included in the Download. Product previews including stock photography, illustrations and or artwork are Copyright Picky Labs and subject to “COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS” in this agreement.

DELIVERY
Digital Product(s) and Service(s): The Service(s) will be delivered digitally as soon as is reasonably possible after Picky Labs accepts Your Order and the Payment process has successfully completed.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM Picky Labs TO YOU
By placing an Order for Product(s) and or Service(s), You agree that Picky Labs may provide the Product(s) and or Service(s) You ordered in the form of a Digital Download Link, via the Website. The Product or Service download will be delivered via Email & your Account. You will require access to the Website and will need to be logged into Your Account to receive the download.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our digital products, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged after purchase.
We highly suggest reading our FAQ’s, reviewing the demo sites (dafont, 1001fonts, fontspace and many other situs) and features as well as ensuring you fully understand what each Font includes prior to making your purchase.
